Stored in the UK
Your financial data is stored in the UK.
Only the people you choose
You decide who joins your company, and whether each person can edit or only view.
A record of what changed
Edits, syncs and settings changes are logged, so your admins can always see what happened and when.
Connections that only read
When you connect Xero, Cadence reads your invoices and bills. It never creates, changes or deletes anything there.
AI that stays in your account
AI answers are generated from your own account’s data, never from other customers’.
Your data is yours
Export everything whenever you like, and delete your account and data when you leave. We do not sell your data.
Our approach
We follow established industry practice for protecting customer data and keep our approach under review as Cadence grows.
We deliberately do not publish the technical detail of our defences. That information helps attackers far more than it helps customers. If your organisation needs more for a security review or a supplier questionnaire, contact us and we will help.
