Cookie policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We also use local storage, which works in a similar way. This policy covers both. It applies to CadenceFi's website (www.cadencefi.co.uk) and the Cadence application (app.cadencefi.co.uk), run by Cadence Fi Ltd.
We only use essential cookies
Everything below is needed for the service to work, or is a choice you asked us to remember. UK law does not require your consent for these, but we tell you about them. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and we do not load third-party scripts that set them.
What is stored on your device

xero_oauth_state, quickbooks_oauth_state, truelayer_oauth_state

Cookie and local storage · Ours · Essential · Lasts: 12 months

Other companies
If you choose a paid plan, you are sent to our payment provider's own page to pay. That page is run by them and may set its own cookies, which are covered by their policy, not ours. The same applies when you connect an accounting or bank service: you sign in on their page, not ours.
Your choices
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop you signing in. Your light or dark mode choice and any menu setting are forgotten if you clear your browser data. If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask you first and nothing optional will be set until you say yes.
reopens the cookie notice so you can review your choice.
